Dan is a Peninsula native and Princeton graduate who offers academic tutoring for a vareity of subjects, including Math (all levels) and English, as well as History, Science, and several foreign languages. Additionally, he is an expert at standardized test prep, which was his original entrée into tutoring. Standardized test scores are not the only factor in the college admissions process, but they are an important one. Even for test-optional colleges, many counselors advise submitting them, and they can qualify applicants for helpful scholarships, too.
Dan’s current improvement record for students is 330 points on the SAT and 7 points on the ACT. His former students include National Merit Scholar Finalists and several National Merit Commended Scholars.
He works with both local and long-distance students from a variety of public and private schools.
